V.V. Lightbody recently released a new single and video called "Itinerary". This is the Nap Rock of Vivian McConnell and this is the first new music from her since 2021.

Lightbody is currently wrapping up a Midwest Tour with the Fruit Bats.

V.V. Lightbody (aka Vivian McConnell) has released a new single called "Really Do Care" via Acrophase Records. This is actually the lone B-Side from her 2020 Sophomore LP, Make a Shrine or Burn It, touches on the fear of commitment and troubling ways we cope with it.

For this track she enlisted the help of Juan Solorzano (Slide Guitar), Nate Friedman (Drums & Percussion), Mike Harmon (Bass), Evan Metz (Guitar), Dan Pierson (Piano), and Emma Hospelhorn (Flute).

The Sophomore LP, Make a Shrine or Burn It, from V.V. Lightbody is set to come out this Friday, May 1st, via Acrophase Records. The third single from the album was released earlier this month and is called "Horse of Fire". The song is accompanied by Elijah Alvarado directed video below.

The release event for the album at Sleeping Village has been rescheduled for October 2nd and will included an opening performance form Andrew Sa.

V.V. Lightbody has released a new single, "If It's Not Me", from her newly announced album, Make A Shrine Or Burn It. The album is set to be released on May 1st via Acrophase Records and will be accompanied by a Spring Tour kicking off on March 15th in St. Louis.

You can catch V.V. Lightbody on May 23rd at Sleeping Village with Andrew Sa. She will also be performing at the Hideout on March 14th as part pf their annual SXSW Send-Off with Ohmme, Wyatt Waddell, Fran, Waco Brothers, Faux Furrs, James Swansberg, and Roy Kinsey.

V.V. Lightbody (aka Vivian McConnell) recently released a video for “Baby, Honestly”. This was one of the two single Lightbody released this year, and the video was directed by Alex Babbitt.

You can Vivan performing on December 20th at Sleeping Village as part of a new duo called Valeboi with Daniel Villarreal of Dos Santos. She will also be performing with V.V. Lightbody on January 17th at Lincoln Hall as an opening act for Stella Donnelly, and as a part of Tomorrow Never Knows.
